  • Installation of 3 inch DWV pipe to collect downspout water and discharge away from home.

    DOWNSPOUT DRAINAGE SYSTEM

    The drainage system can be an individual downspout or multiple downspouts tied together.

  • Lawn after dirt is backfilled and drainage pipe buried underground.

    CONCEALED BELOW GRADE

    Once complete, the pipe is buried underground and the landscaping is restored to its original form.

  • New drainage system connecting to existing downspout with metal leaf filtration clean out.

    LEAF CATCH CLEANOUT

    The underground drainage connects to the homes existing downspouts. A leaf catch is installed at the connection to provide filtration from downspout debris.

  • Green pop up emitter where drainage system terminates and discharges the collected water.

    POP UP EMITTER

    The drainage system discharges the water it collects through a pop up emitter. This circular green emitter can be placed virtually anywhere on your property.

  • Foundation with large underground crack, excavated and cleaned before repair.

    EXPOSING DAMAGED FOUNDATION

    The most effective method of waterproofing is done from the homes exterior. Once exposed, the foundation is pressure washed and set up for repair.

  • Crack repaired and exposed foundation resurfaced with industrial strength mortar.

    RESURFACING FOUNDATION

    The repair is made by resurfacing the damaged foundation with a layer of industrial strength mortar. After the material has time to cure, the repair is ready for waterproofing.

  • Tar and vapor barrier applied to resurfaced foundation, completed waterproofing.

    WATERPROOFING FOUNDATION

    The repair is sealed by applying a coat of tar. The foundation is then covered with a water resistant Vapor Barrier and the excavated dirt is backfilled.

  • Crawl space cluttered with dirty insulation and construction debris.

    DIRTY CRAWL SPACE

    Most homeowners have never set eyes on what lies below. It’s common to find garbage and left behind material cluttering a crawl space. Not to mention unwanted critters!

  • Crawl space after debris is removed and new vapor barrier installed.

    CLEAN CRAWL SPACE

    Once the compromised vapor barrier is removed and replaced with new 6 mil vapor barrier, your crawl space transforms from crawl space, to storage space!

  • Sanitation pipe penetrating foundation wall, leaving a noticeable void.

    PRE REPAIR

    Damaged foundations are susceptible to water intrusion and rodent entry. The foundation will continue to erode if not repaired.

  • Void in foundation repaired with industrial strength mortar.

    POST REPAIR

    By repairing the damaged foundation we eliminate further erosion and seal the hole from outside elements.
